• Investment in technical infrastructure that handles incoming and outgoing SMS communication as well as the billing of users. In addition, the application logic that is required to make the desired service a reality.

As the amount of operators you wish to reach increases, so does the cost and complexity of infrastructure, billing and administration. In addition, some operators require special solutions which in turn requires time and specific knowledge, and on top of this everything needs to be monitored, developed and maintained.
